Jolene Ruiz is 12 yrs old from Indio, Ca. and pitches up in the 14 & Under division. She has been pitching for three years and loves softball. Her pitching coach is Ruth Ramos Herrera from Indio – Coach Ruth was a Indio High School Elite pitcher back in the 1980′s. Jolene’s goal is to pitch in High school, college & in the National Pro Womens League. At age 11, Jolene led her team to the 2007 PONY Nationals in Austin, Texas. Jolene’s biggest talent is that she has “Ice in her veins” and strikes out batters under pressure. She is learning daily and most importantly to her parents…She is having fun! At this time, Jolene’s pitches are a Fastball, Rise, Change-up & a Peel Drop ball. Most importantly than all of those is she has tremendous control. Jolene’s best softball memory! Meeting & taking a photo with USA Olympic Softball pitcher Jennie Finch in 2008! Jennie signed her poster that says “Jolene – Dream & Believe!” Jolene’s welcomes all comments.

Gabby is working on developing new pitches and tweaking her overall motion and mechanics. Gabby is a Fastpitch Softball pitcher for her High School and she also competes on a tournament Softball team.
